A colourful day for all generations
Hessen has celebrated its Family Day for many years – an event for all ages.
Hessen uses its Family Day to promote more family-friendliness, family-oriented structures at all levels, and a welcoming and appreciative culture for all families, regardless of their backgrounds. This attractive and intergenerational event attracts many visitors.
The Hessen Family Day is organised every two years by the Hessian Ministry for Social Affairs and Integration and the Karl Kübel Stiftung für Kind und Familie in cooperation with the host town or city.
