Dialogue for family-friendly conditions
The series of congresses Dialog Beruf & Familie is dealing extensively with the reconciliation of family and professional life. The congresses are hosted by the Hessian State Government, represented by the Hessian Ministry for Social Affairs and Integration, and the hessenstiftung – familie hat zukunft.
The aim of the congresses is to establish a suitable framework for a more flexible, family-friendly organisation of working life and better childcare options. Examples from Hessen and the rest of Germany are presented, possible solutions are discussed, and suggestions from other European countries are also considered.
