Family centres
Family centres provide a diverse range of local offers and programmes for all generations and stages of life.
They provide families with support and guidance. The Hessian State Government has been funding family centres across Hessen since 2011. Family centres are a place to gather, get advice, network and exchange information. The centres combine holistic approaches from the fields of education, healthcare and violence prevention in a family-oriented and social environment. This makes the local social support network more effective.
